Our client is a leading business-to-business publishing house, specialising in trade publications across niche industries.

The opportunity:

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic sales executive to join our client’s team. This individual will play a key role in driving new business and fostering strong client relationships, particularly in the travel, tourism, and energy sectors.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

What you bring to the table:

• Experience selling to at least one of these sectors:
  • Travel: Former travel agents are encouraged to apply.
  • Energy: Proven experience in selling to energy or related sectors.
  • Tourism: Sales experience with lodges, hotels, or the broader tourism industry.
• Magazine sales experience is advantageous.
• A proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Matric.
• A valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Strong skills in closing and negotiation.
