Customer Relationship & Content Marketing Specialist - George, Western Cape

We are seeking a talented Customer Relationship and Content Marketing Specialist to join our team in George. This multifaceted role requires strong writing skills, experience in content creation, and graphic design capabilities to effectively engage our audience and enhance customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer relationships by providing excellent support and communication.
• Create compelling content for various channels, including social media and newsletters.
• Develop and execute media marketing strategies to promote our brand and services.
• Design visually appealing graphics to enhance marketing materials.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Fluency in both English and Afrikaans (written and spoken) is advantageous.
• Experience in content creation and media marketing.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Previous experience in customer relations or marketing is preferred.
