Nosiyabonga Mongane is president of the South African Council for Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP)
Nosiyabonga Mongane is a registered Professional Quantity Surveyor and holds MSc in Property Studies (UCT), MSc in Facilities Management (NMU), Hons in Development Studies (UNISA) and Btech QS (NMU). She is also the President of the SACQSP, the first black woman to hold this position.
She has served as a Council Member (Board member) for the South African Council for Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) since February 2018. In 2020 she also served as a Panel Member of the RICS ‘South Africa Market Advisory Panel (SA MAP). She is also an external moderator for Construction Property Economics; and Sustainable Construction Methods and Engineering, subjects offered by Cape Peninsula University of Technology (CPUT) for a Postgraduate Diploma in Construction.
