Howard has musical directed, composed, arranged, produced and performed music for many of South Africa's top artists, among them - Hugh Masekela, Freshly Ground, Loyiso and Mbongeni Ngema. Adam has won several awards for music in advertising, including a Clios, Loeries, D&ADs and Gold Cannes Lions.

In 2012, Adam was asked to be musical director for William Kentridge's Refuse the Hour - an “Avant-Guard Chamber Opera” that is currently touring the world.
