Certified Service Advisor
A reputable dealership based in George is looking for a certified service advisor to start end of November.
Requirements: - Matric Certificate
- Drivers licence
- Minimum three years experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor
- Experience working on MotoData and BSI
- Ability to work under pressure
- Outgoing and vibrant personality
Responsibilities: - Meet and greet customers
- Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
- Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
- Update necessary vehicle details
- Prepare quotations
- Ensure accurate invoice payments
- Full vehicle handover process
- Customer follow ups
- Maintain a high CSI
