Who are we looking for: A head of brand and product marketing with an in-depth understanding of the fintech industry, financial services, and digital banking.

What will you do:

Brand strategy and development:
  • Develop and execute global brand strategies for target markets.
  • Align brand strategy with the customer journey for a consistent experience.
  • Adapt brand positioning for digital channels and product appeal.
Product marketing:
  • Create go-to-market strategies tailored to new markets and customer segments.
  • Develop product marketing strategies for different customer journey stages.
  • Communicate product value propositions effectively across markets.
  • Lead digital marketing campaigns to engage customers.
  • Stay updated on product marketing trends to lead the market.
Marketing campaigns:
  • Oversee marketing campaigns to maximise visibility in expansion regions.
  • Collaborate with teams to address customer pain points in campaigns.
  • Lead digital and promotional campaigns for specific products.
Digital strategy:
  • Lead digital strategies for new markets, ensuring cultural alignment.
  • Oversee the creation of content that supports customer journey steps.
  • Develop and manage product-related digital content to inform customers.
Team leadership:
  • Lead the marketing team in understanding market-specific strategies.
  • Foster a customer-centric and product-focused culture within the team.
  • Promote digital expertise and create a positive, high-performance work environment.
  • Identify growth opportunities, encourage continuous learning, and ensure workforce planning.
Data insights and reporting:
  • Present insights and recommendations based on data.
  • Lead market research and implement tracking systems for marketing performance.
  • Monitor and analyse customer journey metrics and digital channel ROI.
Budget management:
  • Manage budgets for marketing activities, product campaigns, and digital strategies.
  • Implement governance and compliance policies to manage risk and ensure cost control.
Stakeholder collaboration:
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to meet business and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align marketing with expansion and customer needs.
  • Partner with product and digital teams to optimise strategies and improve the customer journey.
What do you need:
  • Postgraduate honours degree or postgraduate diploma in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Eight years of progressive experience in marketing roles within the financial/fintech industry
  • Five years of strong leadership and team management experience, including leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
  • Five years of proven experience in market expansion strategies, including entering new regions and international markets
  • In-depth understanding of the fintech industry, financial services, and digital banking, including experience in marketing fintech products
  • Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and product marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in budget planning and allocation, ensuring efficient resource utilisation
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with various teams, including product development, sales, and customer support
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, with a track record of measuring marketing performance and optimising strategies
  • Capability to create and execute a comprehensive brand strategy, guidelines, and market-specific branding
  • An understanding of customer journey mapping, customer experience enhancement, and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including social media and online content marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present marketing strategies and results to executives and stakeholders
