Creative and Design Content Manager

What we do: We provide our clients with top-quality pizza and pasta to order online, for takeaway, dine-in, or frozen.

What we are looking for: Creative and design content manager


What you will do

  • Design and implementation – Oversee all visual communication from concept to final production across digital, print, and retail collateral.
  • Content creation – Develop social media graphics (still and video) with copy, presented in a monthly content plan.
  • Print and large format – Design menus, posters, billboards, signage, vehicle branding, and outdoor media.
  • Retail and POS materials – Create in-store promotional assets such as shelf talkers, decals, and displays.
  • Digital assets – Design website and email graphics, banners, and Google display ads.
  • Branding and maintenance – Update CI manual, corporate brochure, packaging, branded merchandise, and promotional materials.
  • Execution and archiving – Ensure brand consistency, schedule social media content, and maintain organised artwork libraries.
  • Creative and production support – Contribute to photo and video shoots, brainstorm new branding ideas, and assist with print production.
  • Marketing support – Collaborate with the marketing manager on broader marketing tasks beyond design.
  • Social media management – Engage with audiences, respond to comments, and handle inquiries across all platforms.
  • Community growth – Expand outreach efforts with bloggers and influencers.
  • Reporting and analytics – Track ROI, analyse campaigns, and optimise digital and print strategies.
  • Customer support – Ensure a 24-hour response time for website and email inquiries, updating tracking systems.
  • Trend monitoring – Stay updated on digital marketing tools, channels, and strategies.
  • Risk management – Identify and report potential threats in user-generated content.
  • Performance evaluation – Measure campaign impact, review effectiveness, and recommend improvements.

What you must have

  • Design and/or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Five or more years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and an understanding of print and digital specifications
  • Strong creativity and graphic design skills
  • Excellent understanding of branding, advertising, sales, and PR, and their roles in marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic, analytical, and project management abilities
  • Deep understanding of the marketing mix and the full spectrum of marketing tools available
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital landscape, especially social media platforms
  • Strong creative outlook
  • A passion for the food and hospitality industry
  • Experience in QSR, FMCG, or the retail industry would be advantageous
