Service Advisor - Johannesburg North, Gauteng

Join our clients team as a Service Advisor and be the first point of contact for their valued customers!

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of automotive service processes and procedures.
• Experience with dealership management software Evolve is an advantage.
• Valid drivers license

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers
• Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
• Ensure accurate warranty and motor-plan details on system
• Update necessary vehicle details
• Prepare quotations
• Ensure accurate invoice payments
• Full vehicle handover process
• Customer follow ups
• Maintain a high CSI
