Who we are looking for
We are seeking a head – global human resource business partner to join our leadership team. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with hands-on HR experience in a global manufacturing environment. You will be partnering with senior leadership, including business heads, manufacturing heads, and our founder family talent, to shape and drive HR strategies that align with our business goals and support our continued growth.
What you will do
Partner with leadership
- Collaborate closely with business heads, manufacturing heads, and founder family talent to ensure HR strategies align with business objectives.
- Support the leadership team in driving regional performance, business growth, and transformation through strategic HR solutions.
Talent and leadership development
- Lead global efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent, building a robust leadership pipeline.
- Guide leadership development programmes and succession planning initiatives.
Performance management
- Implement performance management strategies that enhance individual and team performance.
- Develop systems to measure success and hold teams accountable for business results.
HR strategy and culture
- Design and execute HR strategies that foster business growth and promote a positive, inclusive company culture.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring all voices are heard and valued.
Compensation and benefits
- Oversee compensation and benefits programmes to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with the head office HR team for benchmarking and adjusting packages.
Compliance and risk management
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international labour laws.
- Proactively manage HR-related risks.
Global HR operations
- Oversee HR operations, including employee relations, payroll, and HR systems across all regions.
- Work with local HR teams to ensure a seamless people experience globally.
Change management
- Lead HR efforts during organisational changes, including mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth transitions.
Key relationships
Reporting to: Group CPO Partnering with: Senior leadership team, business and manufacturing heads, founder family talent External collaboration: Consultants, trainers, agencies, and government authorities as needed
What you need
Experience
- Twelve to fifteen years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least five years in a global role.
- Experience in FMCG or consumer goods industries, especially in manufacturing settings, is a plus.
Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Key skills and competencies
- Deep knowledge of HR systems and processes, with a strong focus on digital HR tools.
- Ability to translate business goals into actionable HR plans.
- Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
- Strong financial awareness and cost control skills to support business growth.
- Collaborative team player who can influence without relying on authority.
- Results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and achieve outcomes.
