Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a business analyst to join their dynamic team in the northern suburbs of Cape Town. Key responsibilities:- Analyse large datasets using Excel and Power BI to uncover trends and generate actionable insights.
- Conduct financial analysis, prepare forecasts, and provide advice on profitability.
- Evaluate data critically and make informed financial recommendations.
- Optimise business processes to improve cost efficiency and maximise value.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement modern technological solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to develop business cases and create data visualisations.
- Monitor contract performance, ensure compliance, and communicate key updates.
- Facilitate meetings to capture and communicate stakeholder requirements.
- Use data modelling and analytics to support strategic decisions and reporting.
Requirements:- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or information systems.
- Skills: Proficient in financial and data analysis, reporting, and process optimisation.
- Attributes: Client-focused, adaptable, proactive, and strong in communication.
- Experience: Consulting background preferred, with a focus on project and relationship management.
- Technical knowledge: Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualisation tools.
