Cost and Warranty Clerk

Our client, a leading company in the automotive industry, is seeking a detail-oriented cost and warranty clerk to join their team based in Cape Town, Western Cape. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in automotive cost management and warranty processing.

Key responsibilities:
  • Process warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Calculate and track costs related to vehicle repairs and parts replacement.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty claims, cost estimates, and approvals.
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service departments to resolve issues.
  • Assist in preparing reports and data analysis for management review.
Requirements:
  • Experience in cost management or warranty processing within the automotive industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience with automotive parts and service systems is advantageous.
Salary: R10,500 basic
