Learning and Development Administrator

Remuneration:R5000 - R5500 per month

Our client is seeking a young, dynamic individual to gain valuable workplace experience as a learning and development Administrator, supporting their L&D Team in Cape Town, Western Cape. 

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in creating and implementing training programs.
  • Maintain training records (e.g., trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets).
  • Book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up.
  • Prepare and disseminate materials (e.g., instructional notes, and feedback forms).
  • Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants.
  • Handle accounts receivable and ensure invoices are paid.
  • Resolve issues as they arise onsite.
  • Submit reports on training activities and results.
  • Recommend improvements or new programs.
  • Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a training administrator or in a similar role would be advantageous.
  • Experience in project management would be advantageous.
  • A driver’s licence would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and billing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking ability.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
Salary: R5,500 monthly stipend
