We are looking for a skilled and experienced head mechanic/workshop manager to lead our workshop team at our store in George.
Key responsibilities- Oversee and manage the workshop operations efficiently
- Provide expertise in 2-stroke, 4-stroke, and diesel engines
- Lead a team of mechanics, ensuring high productivity and quality standards
- Maintain strong management and people skills to foster a positive work environment
Requirements- Minimum of two to five years of post-trade experience
- In-depth knowledge of various engine types (2-stroke, 4-stroke, diesel)
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Valid driver’s licence
