Temporary Bookkeeper - Trial Balance
Our client is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their staff on a temporary basis.
Employment term:This is a temporary position, starting
immediately and running until
1 February 2025.
Note on Company Closure:Please be aware that the company will be closed for the holiday season from
20 December 2024 to 13 January 2025. During this time, no work will be required
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, from
8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Salary
R15,000
Key Responsibilities:- Manage petty cash transactions and reconciliations.
- Capture and process invoices accurately.
- Data capturing and ensuring the accuracy of financial entries.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate trial balance records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
- Strong proficiency in bookkeeping up to trial balance.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
- Experience with petty cash, invoicing, and data capturing.
- Proficiency in Sage Online
Preferred skills:- Strong numerical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
