What we do: We focus on change management and behavioural change within organisations.

What we are looking for: A motion graphics designer.

What you will do: This role involves assisting with client-facing design projects, and working closely with the creative team to conceptualise and execute visually impactful designs for clients, both within and outside the change management sector. You will balance maintaining brand consistency with exploring creative approaches, ultimately contributing to our brand’s success and market recognition.

What you must have

• Three to five years’ experience working as a graphic designer in an agency or corporate environment
• A qualification in design or multimedia
• Proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, and 2D animation in After Effects
• Strong analytical and innovative thinking skills
• Desirable: a UX-related qualification
