As a sales agent, you'll play a crucial role in our team’s success by leveraging your rapport-building and sales skills to convert inquiries into prospects. Your contributions will be vital to our business growth and the effectiveness of our sales agent team.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and conduct in-depth needs assessments to promote our award-winning consultation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective rapport-building techniques.
- Develop and manage a business pipeline to nurture future opportunities.
- Record and submit your sales data on our portal.
- Lead and motivate your team to work cohesively.
- Achieve set goals and targets.
- Keep system information updated and accurate.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Experience in similar roles such as sales agent, sales executive, telesales executive, or B2B sales is beneficial, but not required as full training will be provided.
- Self-assured, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Grade 12/N4 equivalent
