Before being a business owner, I worked for 14 years in the financial services and IT sectors, my roles related to bringing about a change or introducing new strategies or products into a business. I performed business analysis, project management, and communication/reporting to executives or directors. I have specific experience in the areas of credit & loans management, risk management, insurance, IT, joint ventures, restructures, asset sales and outsourcing

I am skilled at collaborating with people of diverse cultural backgrounds and various levels of business acumen and passionate about connecting with people, sharing knowledge, and continuous learning. My highest qualification is an MBA with the University of Stellenbosch (USB), and my research was in the field of corporate governance and sustainability disclosure in the banking industry. I am a co-founder of MBA Connect Africa an organization focused on promoting connections amongst MBAs across Africa.
