• Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
• Collaborates with directors in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals and Engineering Project controls. All Eskom Projects and regions.
• Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
• To establish and control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses.
2) To manage manufacturing processes and implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
• Oversee the production process and Compiling production schedules according to job times and delivery dates.
• Manage the (TOC) theory of constraints throughout the company, continuously identify constrains, realising that after solving one the next process has to start in identifying the next. This consists of Problem Solving and Management/Decision-Making that also contribute to the continuous improvement process with in the company linked to T.Q.M(Total Quality Management)
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Estimating, negotiating and agreeing on budgets and timescales with customers.
• Monitor production standards ensuring the quality-ISO 9001-2008 process control programs are implemented and followed.
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed and implemented.
• Responsible for the selection and maintenance of production equipment
