Ensuring efficient execution of all CS Business Management
Processes in order to drive CS Revenue and market growth
Calculation of service contract for new contracts and renewals
Customer base analysis
Service portfolio, offerings and pricing
Contract management
Driving market and customer oriented service marketing strategies,
offerings, communication methods developed by global Siemens Healthineers CS CRM division.
Interrogation of installed base for all modalities and producing
attractive service offerings in the aim to drive contract capture rate positively.
Preparing contract proposal and quotations for maintenance
contracts new and renewals
Conducting customer visits together with account executives and area managers in the aim of promoting Customer Services.
Actively marketing Customer Services to both internal and external stakeholders
