Shannon has about a year and a half experience within Recruitment. Despite not studying HR, she has acclimated to the Recruitment industry. Shannon has worked her way up from being an Administrator to a Recruitment Resourcer and developed her skills and working experience in recruitment. She has a passion for helping people find a clear career path and direction. She aims to create a positive influence on the organisation by ensuring that the ideal candidate is the right fit for the organisation's needs and wants. She enjoys networking and connecting with others. Shannon would love to gain exposure within a corporate environment to broaden her skills and experience.
