I was working as a facilitator last year and even though it was for a couple of months, i gained experience in an environment that allowed me to do what i love, which is to help people. The training we did involved, Financial accounting, Resource mobilization and Conflict management. We had seminars and prepared lessons for NGO's in the rural areas of KwaZulu-Natal, it was a beautiful learning experience and helped me understand more why i love being involved in the development of people and since my background has granted me high values, respect, honor, dedication and loyalty any opportunity that serves a purpose towards a better future is always welcome. Helping others is what i love doing the most, my meticulous nature,positive attitude and eagerness to learn puts me in a good position to be an asset to any company.
