As a graphic designer and DTP operator, I gained valuable experience in creating and conceptualising adverts, brochures, logos and various other print material and working to deadlines. My primary responsibilities also included placing of adverts in the publication, sending the publication to the printers via FTP and ensuring material is ready for print. The position demands that I have good computer skills, creative flair and organisational skills. My computer skills include Photoshop, Indesign, Dreamweaver, Flash (basic AS2), After Effects, Coreldraw, Blender 3D and HTML. I am teaching myself ActionScript 3 (AS3) and PHP.
I have a Bachelor of Science (BsC) degree from The University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) where I majored in Zoology.
