Handling all enquiries and meeting with potential clients to establish their needs and expectations.
Assist clients to select the most suitable venue and vendors to meet their budget requirements and personal taste.
Create design concepts for clients followed by a Quotation.
Costing Spreadsheets for each Event to establish costs and profits.
Handling all financial aspects of the business
Manage the sourcing, cost negotiation and ordering of all stock
Plan and purchase flowers from the flower market, and make all flower arrangements
Manage equipment inventory, storage, cleaning, delivery and collection of stock to and from events and suppliers.
Source temporary staff for Events and manage all communication and on-site schedules
Set up and break down of the entire Event
Continuously using creativity and staying proactive to offer clients innovative solutions wherever needed.

KINGDOM CATERERS (AT WOODHILL ESTATE)
Planning, development and management of all in-house Country Club events - such as Woman's Day, Heritage Day, Secretary's Day, etc. Including all menu planning, supplier sourcing, setting up and breaking down for each event.
To respond to all enquiries within prescribed turnaround time.
To perform and coordinate the necessary activities to ensure the complete and accurate processing of conferences, meetings and event booking and enquiries before, during and after the event.
Detailed breakdowns of specific requirements of functions / Conferences.
Daily cash-up of the Golfer's Canteen.
Occasional stock-take of the bar with relevant staff.
Arrange and implement food tastings for clients' functions / weddings.
To ensure that the relevant departments are kept updated with regards to any special requirements made by guests e.g. food specifications, bar tabs, etc.
Compile all function sheets, which would include all timeframes and duties for all relevant departments.
To ensure that all relevant administration is kept updated at all times and operations receive all correspondence, handovers and function sheets timeously.
