Malcolm's extensive background in the education sector dates back to 2002 where he first began his career as a trainer. In 2003, he joined the IT industry at a leading software firm and combined these passions in 2009 when Zibuza.net was first established.

Zibuza.net is an online professional learning community aimed at teachers, learners, parents and organisations operating in the educational sector. Having recently passed the milestone of 18, 000 members strong, Zibuza.net connects teachers to their peers and various other stakeholders through an informative and engaging chat platform - almost like a highly targeted 'Facebook' for educational stakeholders. The platform also provides access to 1000's of educational resources including lesson plans and the like. Member activity is recognised via a leaderbaord and the most active members are rewarded for their participation to inspire a sense of community.
On a personal level, Malcolm's extensive background in the education sector dates back to 2002 where he first began his career as a Trainer. In 2003, he joined the IT industry at a leading software firm and combined these passions in 2009 when Zibuza.net was first established. Most recently, Malcolm is proud to hsvr launched The Education Show, a podcast aimed at unlocking opportunities in teaching and learning through collaboration.
