I hold a National Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. I am currently employed as back office Administrator for Gems medical scheme. Prior to working for Gems, I was previously employed as senior associate for Pearson which I worked for over a year. I consider myself to be an extremely fast learner and I am able to work with different kinds of personalities. I believe I will be successful in this position due to my academic background, skills and experience. I work well in a team as well as individually without supervision. I pay close attention to detail and dedicate myself to any task that I am assigned to complete. I am proactive and well-organized with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
In addition to strong communication skills, I am able to work effectively in a team and individually. I can also demonstrate advance problem-solving skills and thrive under pressure. I also have advanced administration skills, good organizational skills, written communication skills, sound interpersonal skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work independently
