Most recently (past 6 years) I was in a Senior Management position as the National Marketing / PR & Communications Manager for a large group - consisting of 8 divisions. I managed the Corporate Image and Identity of the company including corporate clothing / Marketing Collateral and Corporate Branding (vehicles, billboards etc.) (Photos to be presented upon interview) I managed all the Internal & External Communications, Clients and Media Relations and I served as media spokesperson for the company.
I also implemented and managed all internal teambuilding and external VIP events and executed and conceptualise all Marketing & Communications Strategies for the Group. I managed all Social Media and Electronic marketing for the company, including the Website/Facebook page/ Blog/ Twitter and Instagram content. I approved all designs and content for all marketing collateral eg. leaflets/brochures. The Employee Rewards and Awards Initiative also fell within my Department as did the CSI Initiative and Sponsorship requests and the respective budgets.
I conducted the annual Client Satisfaction Surveys and managed the Customer Retention strategy and programme.
I have vast experience in various marketing techniques and concepts as well as experience in the various communication tools. I provided feedback reports on all the above to the Management team, CEO and other relevant parties.
I also mentored a Marketing Intern and managed a Marketing Assistant.

1997/ 2000 Being selected by the Radio Kingfisher Board of Directors to accompany 500 strong tour group to Israel as Radio Ambassador to sing at various religious events, concerts & historical sites (twice)

2014 Speaker at the Progressive Business Forum - ANC Women's day Conference.
