I have a great working experience for working for well established international companies. My unique experience in providing processing systems assessment, value stream mapping , time studies and advancement of best operation systems and my expertise which extends to world recognized lean manufacturing, six sigma manufacturing principles and quality systems, will show that I am more poised to get the desired professional results for any company or sector . I am currently contracted by Eastern Cape Government has as a Specialist: in Quality Management and Continuous Improvement, I would like to offer my years of technical experience on doing mentorship programmes to plough back in assisting small entities to enhance productivity and world-class competitiveness/Best Operating Practices by capacitation SMME in reducing costs and Lean productivity solution for process improvements. The combination of Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma principles has been applied in private industry, mainly in manufacturing companies. In today business environment SMME managers will need to measure and closely monitor their input costs and the quality and quantity of their outputs because these indicators are the determinants of profit. A range of management tools and techniques for measuring and reporting have been developed.
