YogaJois dedicated to promoting expanded consciousness, healing and growth in individuals from the global community. I do this by offering transformative yoga classes in a supportive and professional space that is fun, physically challenging, and contemplative, thereby creating a world-class experience. Be it in my space at my studio, your space at your home, your work or at a venue booked by either one of us.
I am committed to creating a conscious community of individuals who freely choose nonviolence, personal accountability, compassion and loving kindness when responding to the joys and challenges of life through the practice of yoga and personal growth. I teach children, adults and prenatal classes.
YogaJo's mission is to provide a serene, safe, and welcoming space where students can explore their own yoga, develop their very own personal yoga journey and self-transformation. We work to create peace in our world, communities and families by first creating peace within ourselves. A consistent yoga practice will leave students feeling rejuvenated and inspired; opening the doors to positive transformation; ultimately creating a calm and peaceful mind, an open and compassionate heart, and a strong feeling of self-acceptance. YogaJo offers various teaching styles, and tones. With a menu of choices to choose from, allowing for a unique yoga experience every time. Through my individual growth and with a strong sense of community, I open my heart to the beauty that can be found in every day.
About me
I've been called a Serial Entrepreneur, that's before I knew yoga...
My professional journey started when I moved from my parents' home at the tender age of 16 and bought my first property before the age of 20. Combining my lively personality and persistent attitude, I was able to established a few successful businesses which included a Minuteman Press for 11 years, Film Education sold to Johnnic, and Motorcycle Rescue Services operated for two years, Biz-Guru (business coaching and training) and Cool Bananas Consulting (strategic marketing 4 years). I was also very proud to be the director of a global BNI organization which has well over 150,000 members worldwide.
I thoroughly enjoyed challenges, teaching and motivating others from my own empowering life journey to educate others that the impossible is in fact possible, and that all you need to do is to work at it! Work smart not hard.
