I have come to realise that although content may be king in business communication, grammatical glitches can make reading very hard for audience and become less entertaining, thus ruining the reputation of the company or brand.
But, this is not really about me. It is about your company and your brand. The need for creativity and impactful copy that is ready whenever you need it.
According to Bryan Rhoads of Global Content Strategy, "today's web is an endless 24/7 cycle fed by content and social actions. In this cycle, brands are realising that content is currency."
Content currency is something brands trade for the attention of the audience. So, having myself to make sure there is a clear copy to get the message across in the right tone of voice, also making sure that people care enough to read about your brand or business and take action.
