After many years working in the vendor community, as well as working for global leading security providers McAfee & Symantec, Jayson has focused on disrupting the cybersecurity sector through a number of high-level executive positions at leading managed security services providers. Working closely with South African blue chip organisations to drive security consolidation strategies, Jayson and his teams were able to empower clients to leverage innovation and global thought leadership.
As MD of @Vance Cyber Security, Jayson is responsible for maintaining agility, putting clients first, and addressing cybersecurity challenges through thought leadership - and most importantly, ensuring that customers do not subscribe to the madness of doing the same thing while expecting a different result. 
@Vance's platform-based approach to cybersecurity requires a trust model in order to deliver an outcomes-based value which can be continuously measured and improved upon, answering the age-old question of "am I providing my organisation with the correct metrics to prove security maturity?"

organisations from all verticals and sizes.
