My name is Edwin Seloane, I am a graduate with a National Diploma in Public Relations and Communications, from the University of Johannesburg, seeking an entry level position in Communications. Over the last two years I worked as a Marketing and Communications intern at the Johannesburg Roads Agency. Here I assisted with Content creation; Press Release writing, Media Relations, Customer Relations, Events and Branding. This ensures I have the potential to excel within a professional Communications field. I am looking to develop professionally, to use my writing skills and creative knowledge to further my professional development and to expand my knowledge in applying theoretical knowledge practically.

I can assist with:
• Creating content for the newsletter and social media,
• Updating Websites using Joomla, basic html knowledge
• Editing/writing of press releases, media announcements and other written materials
• Updating existing social media sites
• Building and maintain media relations
• Media launch, events and activations
• Maintaining and updating media lists
• Internal communications and social media monitoring
• Assist the department with day to day administration
