Develop and maintain professional relationships with the enterprise and commercial bankers.
Responds to communications from the bankers, team leaders and the team.
Capture client information on the system when on boarding new clients.
Answer all incoming calls with courtesy and ensure efficient resolution of all bankers' queries.
Making amendments on client's business accounts.
Changing of client signatories on business accounts.
Changing of business addresses on the system.
Registering clients for internet banking and notify me.
Change the client branch code for the client to operate from one Absa branch to another.
