I come from Cape Town and started performing as a lead singer of a band at the age of 20.I started doing theatre shows at the age of 28 and have been doing so eversince.Most of my shows have been in the durban area,at the Playhouse,the Catalina theatre and supper theatres.I've done many corporate functions for different companies throughout my career and my pride and joy came in 2006 when I starred,scripted,produced and directed my own show called "When Basil met Elvis".In December of 2006,I won the best supporting actor in a comedy for "Abbamaniacs".I've been working with the Barnyard Theatre since 2005.
Nowadays I'm better known for my Mc Hosting or Presenting through Comedy.I sang with Stevie Wonder and sang for the Springboks in 1995.I co-hosted the Bambanani Tv Licence Roadshow with my partner,PJ Powers.I performed on the 2005 New Year's Eve Special on SABC 2,hosted by Kim Engelbrecht and David Tau.I sang in a castle in Germany,Berlin and I performed in Seychelles on 3 occasions.
I've done more than 60 record-breaking shows and met over 800 000 people over the years and still going strong.
