d.Quality checks, Validity, Completeness, Accuracy and Compliance to SCM.
e.Manage and implement procurement administration and system in the department
f.Participates in Supplier Chain Management Bid Committees when requested.
g.Assist Procurement Manager with any requested function/duty, process charts and payment of suppliers within 30 days
h.Forecasting, budget reallocation and resolution of queries
i.Promote the development and utilization of BEE companies
j.Assist in the compilation of Housing Department acquisition plan.
k.Maintain supplier rotation and supplier database
l.Ensure that the Department meets financial performance expectations and complies with all relevant acts
Production Controller (Current Position)
a.Analyze and clear all production reports, to resolve discrepancies in order to facilitate a flow
b.or throughput of production from replenishment to the confirmation tables.
c.Test of equipment / workstations including the confirmation printers to ensure that all is in
d.good standing for the day's production, follow the prescribed process to timeously repair
e.discrepancies
f.To monitor aging task on the system and get them resolved quickly.
g.Investigate and resolve customer queries in conjunction with customer services department
h.and other stakeholders
i.Identify parcels that are not packaged correctly and hand them back to outsourced service
j.providers for repacking;
k.Physically monitoring of the floor to ensure that SOP is followed on confirmation tables
l.Do random quality check on parcel sent to dispatch e.g are items packed correctly, using
m.correct packaging.
n.Ensure that all complete packaged items are handed over dispatch immediately.
o.Report challenges that might hamper production throughput timeously.
