Manage the creative production and print buying for marketing campaigns and projects for multiple business units in the Boston Group.
Update and communicate integrated BTL production objectives aligned to the marketing and Brand Strategy and delivery plan, in line with changing business priorities (environmental changes, market trends) and marketing campaigns.
Co-ordinate and manage BTL marketing production plans and delivery in line with preferences and forecasted campaigns.
Source and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to deliver against production requirements including people resources, materials, props, signage, etc.
Resolve any discrepancies to quality, cost or communication with suppliers, delivery destinations and project stakeholders.
Design and manage social media assets across various channels for the Boston Group. Design various internal communications, presentations and tenders.
Update and maintain group website.
