We focus on the development and delivery of 1,2,3,4 and 5 day training programmes aimed at developing skills and competencies associated with optimised performance in a work environment. All Skills Programmes are developed against the structure and Key Focus Areas indentified in a classic Organisational Competency Framework. This approach ensures that learning initiatives are aligned to strategic organisational capabilities, and that the resulting skills development is measurable in terms of organisational Performance Management matrices.
All training programmes are aligned to SAQA (South African Qualifications Authority) unit standards as prescribed by the Services Seta.
