ATW awards Etihad Airways

Air Transport World (ATW), US-based aviation industry publication, awarded Etihad airways with the Airline of the Year 2016 award.

To earn this award, ATW said an airline must demonstrate exceptional achievements and capabilities across its operations, financial performance, customer service, safety and employee relations. The executive leadership team's performance must also reflect innovation and strategic thinking.
